The whole project started in 2020 with the construction works of the wind tunnel. After the wind tunnel was assembled, the main building construction works began.
The 3-meter diameter wind tunnel is equipped with a chiller to provide a comfortable airflow temperature and a whole pack of add-ons for a wind tunnel: a safety net (landing system), dynamic lights with DMXi controller, and a set of additional fan blades.
After the main building was commissioned in 2022, FreeFly technology provided a tunnel instructor training course for the Gravity Zip team. This is the first circuit wind tunnel in the country.
